Subscription details
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID or Google account and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel anytime in your device's account settings. Deleting your ZOEY account does not cancel an active store subscription — cancel it separately in your App Store or Google Play settings.

Common questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open your device settings → your Apple ID or Google account → Subscriptions → ZOEY, and tap Cancel. Cancelling here stops future billing; your access continues until the end of the paid period.
How do I reset my password?
On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password" and follow the email link we send to your registered address.
How do I add family members to my account?
Upgrade to the Family plan, then go to Settings → Family → Invite Member. Share the invite code with your family members, or send an invite directly via email or text.
How do I transfer my subscription to a new device?
Just sign in with the same account on your new device. Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID or Google account, so it will automatically restore.
How do I delete my account and data?
See the Delete account section below. You can start deletion from inside the app, or email us if you've already uninstalled it.
How do I report a problem or request a refund?
Email support@zoeyapp.com with a description. Refunds for store subscriptions are handled by Apple or Google through their respective support pages.
Can I export my pet's health records?
Yes! Premium subscribers can export a complete PDF of their pet's health records, vaccination history, and care timeline from the pet profile settings.
How do streaks and badges work?
Complete care tasks daily to build your streak. Earn badges by hitting milestones like your 50th walk or maintaining a 30-day streak. Family accounts have a shared family streak that stays alive as long as any member completes a task.
Delete your account & data
In the app: Go to Settings → Account → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, your pets' information, care records, and photos from our systems.
Family accounts: If you're the owner of a Family account, you'll need to transfer ownership or remove all members before deleting. Family members can leave an account without deleting their individual data.
Already uninstalled? Email support@zoeyapp.com from your registered address with the subject "Delete my account," and we'll process it within 5 business days. Note: deleting your account does not cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription — please cancel that separately in your device settings.

- Family & social data: information about family members you invite and interactions within your family account or Packs.
- Subscription information: we receive confirmation of purchases from Apple or Google. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
- Usage & device data: device type, app version, crash reports, and usage analytics to improve the app.
How we use your information

How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Family members & Pack members you choose to share with through the app's sharing features.
- Service providers who help us run the app (cloud hosting, analytics, push notifications).
- App stores (Apple, Google) for subscription processing.
- Places & providers may see anonymized, aggregated visit data and reviews you choose to post publicly.
- Legal authorities where required by law or to protect rights and safety.
Data retention & deletion
We keep your information while your account is active. You can delete your account and associated data at any time from within the app (Settings → Account → Delete account), or by emailing us. After deletion we remove your personal data within 30 days, except limited information we must retain for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.
Security
We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, and access controls. No system is completely secure, but we work to safeguard the data you entrust to us.
Children's privacy
ZOEY is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age. Child accounts within Family plans are managed by adult account owners. If you believe a child has provided us information without parental consent, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email support@zoeyapp.com.

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the new version here and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated through the app.

These Terms govern your use of the ZOEY app provided by [Company Name]. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. Minors may use ZOEY through a Family account managed by a parent or guardian.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Don't share your account credentials with others outside your Family plan.
Subscriptions & billing
- ZOEY offers Free, Individual ($6.99/month or $69.99/year), and Family ($9.99/month or $99.99/year) subscription tiers.
- Paid subscriptions are auto-renewing, billed through your Apple ID or Google account.
- Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's subscription settings. Charges already billed are generally non-refundable except where required by law or app-store policy.
- We may change pricing with notice; existing subscribers keep their current rate until renewal.
Your content
You retain ownership of the pet information, photos, and other content you upload. You grant us a limited license to store, display, and process that content solely to operate the app for you and users you share with. You're responsible for having the right to upload anything you add, and you agree not to upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
Family & social features
When you invite family members or join Packs, you agree to share certain pet and activity information with those users. Family account owners are responsible for managing access and ensuring appropriate use by family members, including minors.
User reviews & Places
Reviews you post about Places and providers are public and may be viewed by other users. Reviews must be based on genuine experiences and must not contain false, defamatory, or inappropriate content. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these guidelines.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the app. This includes: attempting to break security or access others' accounts; interfering with the service; using the app for unlawful purposes; posting spam, fake reviews, or misleading content; or harassing other users.
Intellectual property
The ZOEY app, its design, features, and content (excluding your uploads) belong to [Company Name] and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. "ZOEY" and the ZOEY logo are trademarks of [Company Name].
Disclaimers
